Recommended use
For adults only. As a dietary supplement,
take one capsule two times daily. Take one of your servings approximately
1 hour before exercise or athletic event. For maximum results, take 4D-250
for 6 weeks followed by a 2 week off period, then repeat cycle.

hormones that may cause breast enlargement, testicle shrinkage and
